Gus Atkinson increased the injury concerns plaguing England after leaving the field early on day two in the Melbourne Test versus the Australians.
The right-arm seamer felt a problem in his hamstring post-delivery in his spell at the MCG.
The touring camp reported the 27-year-old felt some "soreness" and would spend time on the sidelines for further assessment "during the day".
